Day 5 Overcoming Burnout

Day 5. Change your routine today, take a different way to work, brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand, watching a movie with subtitles, cook something you have never had before. Routines are important because they help us become effective but they can also make us feel like we are in a rut. Breaking out of that rut is important. If you try this today and like the new perspective it gives you try doing something new once a week or once a day or whatever works to remind you that you are not stuck.
