Day 4 Overcoming Burnout

Day 4. Reach out to someone you look up to who has been doing what you are doing but longer. Get them to answer this questions, how long had you been working before you start feeling burned out? You are going to be surprised by their answer. I think it's easy to see others doing well and forget that pretty much everyone suffers through the feelings of burnout at one point or even more than one point. Ask them how they dealt with burnout. Talk about your feelings to see what they have to say. Remember the situation that is causing your feelings of burnout is an important thing. If it wasn't important you wouldnt feel burned out you would just quit. We only get burned out when we are attempting to accomplish important things.
