Danny has a passion for helping, as a firefighter he has helped thousands of people to overcome the worst days of their lives. All that helping came at a cost. He found himself feeling physically tired, emotionally drained and headed toward burnout. With the second half of his career in front of him, he had to find a way to get excited about his work and find his "Why". He was able to overcome this period of his life and now he wants to share what he has learned. He gives an amazing speech to teachers who are experiencing a very similar feeling of burnout. Through moving stories and actionable tactics Danny will help your teachers overcome burnout and learn to love their jobs again. He gives two inspiring speeches:

This speech is designed to help you lead and teach the next generation of world changers.
