Day 7 Overcoming Burnout.

Day 7. Today I want you to go for an hour-long walk with no headphones, no music, & no distractions. Walking outside is preferred but if it’s cold you could always go to the mall if that is not an option the treadmill will work but I find it more effective to actually be covering ground. While you are on your walk, I want you to think about why you are feeling burned out. I want you to be honest with yourself about what has changed, have you changed has the job or situation changed? I have given you a lot of things to think about over the past week and want you to revisit the list you made. Think about how you feel since you started your healthy habit. Think back to why you started in the first place. Think about how good you are at your job. Think about what affect it would have on your workplace or situation if you were not there. The goal is just to get your mind working on the things we have talked about.
